A fun, sociable, non-smoking,
air conditioned, environment with great food was the concept for “Misty’s
Wine Bar & Bistro” now open in Littlehampton after a four month
refurbishment of a previous retail outlet. Littlehampton has a good stock of traditional pubs but a “trendy contemporary” wine bar was long overdue. Terry & Andrea Mills have taken this challenge very seriously and have designed and built (with a little help!) a unique local venue for the discerning socialite. With some soft 600 lights, some changing colour gently but continuously, chic designer fixtures and fittings, and the best in futuristic materials, the overall feel is one of calm and comfort. Two starlit ceilings accurately reflect the constellations in both the Northern and Southern hemispheres. |

| When you have stopped star gazing why not gaze at an extensive wine list, from a selection of five different wines for under £11.00, to a Faustino I Rioja Grand Reserva at £25.95. | In the evening how about starting with home
made soup or Seared scallops with crispy pancetta and drizzled with a
light basil oil and balsamic vanilla reduction, followed by Thyme marinated
pan fried chicken breast with creamy mashed potato and sauteed wild mushrooms
served with a white white and tarragon sauce. And then for dessert perhaps
the White chocolate and blueberry Creme Brulee. Daily lunch and evening
specials will also be available from as little as £3.95 and £8.95
